Our Support Service Desk

Carolyn Ryall 14th March 2015

We've decided to 'Build our own Service Desk' which will be fully intgrated into our Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint site. Why? you may ask. Well we want to prove to you how robust and capable SharePoint is and what better way than letting you use it first hand. The new site will also provide you a customised dashboard delivering all the statistics and analytics to ensure we are providing you the optimum service.

We're planning to launch in June 2015 and until then, please continue to follow the existing fault reporting process.
